The Hazen Bison (Hazen, ND) basketball nipped the visiting Dunseith Dragons (Dunseith, ND), 72-70 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bison (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Westhope/Newburg (Westhope, ND). The Sioux go into the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Westhope/Newburg got by Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND), 76-66, in a non-league test.

The Dragons now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Shiloh Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, December 28. Dunseith will encounter a Skyhawks squad coming off a 72-64 non-league win over Des Lacs-Burlington (Des Lacs, ND). The Skyhawks record now stands at 2-1.
