In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Foothill Mustangs (Sacramento, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting San Juan Spartans (Citrus Heights, CA), by a count of 68-3.
The Mustangs (8-3) will now prepare for their outing against Pierce (Arbuckle, CA). The Bears go into the non-league outing with a 3-8 record. In their last outing, Pierce was crushed by Orland (Orland, CA), 57-43, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now hold a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Vacaville Christian for a Sierra Delta League outing on Friday, January 5. San Juan will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 37-30 non-league loss to Buckingham Charter (Vacaville, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-6.
