The Wayne Blue Devils (Wayne, NE) basketball knocked off the host Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays (West Point, NE), 55-43 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Blue Devils (6-2) will now prepare for their test against West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE). The Cadets go into the C1 District 7 test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, West Point-Beemer went down by Douglas County West (Valley, NE), 72-31, in a non-league test.
The Bluejays now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Aquinas for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21. Guardian Angels Central Catholic will encounter a Monarchs squad coming off a 63-43 non-league loss to Lincoln Lutheran (Lincoln, NE). The Monarchs record now stands at 4-3.
