Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE), 70-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lake Forest upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 3-1. Cape Henlopen lost 67-44 in their recent league bout against Dover (Dover, DE)

Next up, the Indians play the Colonel Richardson Colonels (Federalsburg, MD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 26. Indian River will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Colonels come into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 83-65 non-league win over Pocomoke (Pocomoke, MD).
