Lake Oconee Academy Titans (Greensboro, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Taliaferro County JAGUARS (Crawfordville, GA), 45-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, Lake Oconee Academy upgrades its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Atlanta Classical Academy (Atlanta, GA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a record of 9-4. Atlanta Classical Academy won 72-69 in their recent non-league bout against Galloway (Atlanta, GA)

Next up, the JAGUARS play the Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA) in a A D2 Region 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Taliaferro County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record.
