With the victory, Liberty improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host New Lima (New Lima, OK) to confront the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 0-12. New Lima lost 77-34 in their recent league challenge against Paden (Paden, OK)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Preston Pirates (Preston, OK) in a Big Eight Star challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Morris will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 54-51 league loss to Eufaula (Eufaula, OK).
