Iowa High School Basketball - Lone Tree ripped by WACO

The WACO Warriors basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Lone Tree Lions to 49 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Linn for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. WACO will meet a Lynx team coming off a 61-45 league win over Maquoketa Valley (Delhi, IA). The Lynx record now stands at 8-0.
The Lions (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Wapello (Wapello, IA). The Indians enter the SEI - North contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Wapello was routed by Hillcrest Academy (Kalona, IA), 49-32, in a league contest.
