The Menominee Maroons (Menominee, MI) basketball felled the host Marinette Marines (Marinette, WI), 83-73 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Maroons (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Bark River-Harris (Harris, MI). The Broncos go into the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Bark River-Harris went down by Escanaba (Escanaba, MI), 74-26, in a non-league test.
The Marines now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Wrightstown for a North Eastern test on Thursday, December 21. Marinette will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 86-58 league loss to Fox Valley Lutheran (Appleton, WI). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
