With the win, Rockwall upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to North Forney (Forney, TX) to play the Falcons in a 6A Region II District 10 bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 10-8.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Mesquite Skeeters (Mesquite, TX) in a 6A Region II District 10 bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Royse City will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Skeeters go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 58-37 league loss to Horn (Mesquite, TX).
