Audubon Wheelers (Audubon, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Paton-Churdan Rockets (Churdan, IA), 59-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Audubon upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Wheelers travel to CAM (Anita, IA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-1. CAM won 77-37 in their recent league bout against Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA)

Next up, the Rockets play the West Bend-Mallard Wolverines (West Bend, IA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Paton-Churdan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 39-36 non-league win over Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA).
