Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bridgewater-Raritan Panthers (Bridgewater, NJ), 50-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Hunterdon Central upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ) to play the Red Devil in a Skyland - Raritan bout on Thursday, December 21. The Red Devil go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Ridge lost 51-34 in their recent non-league bout against Mount St. Mary Academy (Watchung, NJ)

Next up, the Panthers play the Immaculata Spartans (Somerville, NJ) in a Skyland - Raritan bout, on Thursday, December 21. Bridgewater-Raritan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 56-32 non-league win over Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ).
