The Rogers Eagles basketball team (Rogers, TX), was nudged 44-40 in Tuesday's league battle with the host C.H. Yoe Yoemen (Cameron, TX)

The Yoemen now possess a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lorena for a 3A Region III District 19 battle on Tuesday, January 2. C.H. Yoe will confront a Leopards team coming off a 75-23 league win over McGregor (McGregor, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 15-3.

The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Little River Academy (Little River Academy, TX). The Bumblebees come into the 3A Region III District 19 battle with a 13-6 record.
