With the win, Collins-Maxwell upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The travel to Waterloo Christian (Waterloo, IA) to clash with the Regents in a Iowa Star bout on Friday, January 5. The Regents go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Waterloo Christian lost 37-31 in their recent league bout against Riceville (Riceville, IA)

Next up, the Royals clash with the Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks (Colfax, IA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Colo-NESCO will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Tigerhawks go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 55-25 league loss to Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA).
