The Valley Head Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Crossville Lions to 31 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Asbury for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. Valley Head will meet a Rams team coming off a 53-27 non-league win over Collinsville (Collinsville, AL). The Rams record now stands at 7-3.
The Lions (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Collinsville (Collinsville, AL). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last bout, Collinsville was crushed by Asbury (Albertville, AL), 53-27, in a non-league bout.
