Oregon High School Basketball - Dufur overwhelmed by Heppner

The Heppner Mustangs basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Dufur Rangers to 19 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mustangs now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennedy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Heppner will battle a Trojans team coming off a 60-39 non-league loss to Country Christian (Molalla, OR). The Trojans record now stands at 3-3.
The Rangers (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Joseph (Joseph, OR). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Joseph was routed by Weston-McEwen (Athena, OR), 33-26, in a non-league contest.
