Michigan High School Basketball - Durand topped by New Lothrop

The New Lothrop Hornets basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Durand Railroaders to 39 in the Hornets league victory on Tuesday.
The Hornets now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fowler for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 3.
The Railroaders (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Owosso (Owosso, MI). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Owosso was defeated by Goodrich (Goodrich, MI), 53-16, in a league contest.
