Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Eastwood Eagles (Pemberville, OH) and the host Oak Harbor Rockets (Oak Harbor, OH), saw Eastwood's basketball squad hold off Oak Harbor by a tally of 37-34.
With the victory, Eastwood improves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Elmwood (Bloomdale, OH) to play the Royals in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 22. The Royals come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Elmwood lost 57-47 in their recent league challenge against Arcadia (Arcadia, OH)
Next up, the Rockets play the Waite Indians (Toledo, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Oak Harbor will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 23-22 non-league win over West (Columbus, OH).
