The Midland Rebels basketball team (Midland, LA), was nudged 70-69 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Fairview Panthers (Grant, LA)
The Panthers now sport a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin Parish for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 20. Fairview will battle a Patriots team coming off a 42-12 non-league win over Mangham (Mangham, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-6.
The Rebels (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against Jennings (Jennings, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Jennings was nudged by Barbe (Lake Charles, LA), 67-28, in a non-league battle.
