The Lisbon Lions basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host North Cedar Knights to 42 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Durant for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Lisbon will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 40-31 league loss to Wilton (Wilton, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-7.

The Knights (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Prince of Peace Prep (Clinton, IA). The Irish come into the non-league contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Prince of Peace Prep was defeated by Easton Valley (Preston, IA), 53-17, in a league contest.
