In Tuesday's league outing, the Moriah Vikings (Port Henry, NY) basketball squad edged the host Northern Adirondack Bobcats (Ellenburg Depot, NY), by a count of 39-33.

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against AuSable Valley (Clintonville, NY). The Patriots go into the Section 7 Champlain Valley II outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, AuSable Valley held off Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY), 52-48, in a league outing.

The Bobcats now hold a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Saranac Lake for a Section 7 Champlain Valley I outing on Thursday, December 21. Northern Adirondack will clash with a Red Storm squad coming off a 28-21 non-league win over Seton Catholic Central (Plattsburgh, NY). The Red Storm record now stands at 3-0.
