Next, the Braves confront the Natchez Bulldogs (Natchez, MS) in a 5A Region 3 challenge, on Thursday, January 4. South Jones will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record.

The Panthers now possess a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Lawrence County for a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. Brookhaven will confront a Cougars team coming off a 4-0 league loss to McLaurin (Florence, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 2-12.
