Goode STEM Academy Knights (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting EPIC Academy The Legends (Chicago, IL), 33-23 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Goode STEM Academy upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Knights host Chicago Washington (Chicago, IL) to play the Patriots in a bout on Thursday, January 11. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 2-7.

Next up, the The Legends play the Harlan Falcons (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. EPIC Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
