Schuylkill Valley Panthers (Leesport, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Fleetwood Tigers (Fleetwood, PA), 44-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Schuylkill Valley upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Octorara Area (Atglen, PA) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Tigers play the Daniel Boone Blazers (Birdsboro, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Fleetwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
