Hilltop Christian Chargers (Fuquay-Varina, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Raleigh Christian Academy Eagles (Raleigh, NC), 46-20 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Hilltop Christian upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Faith Christian Academy (Goldsboro, NC) to play the Conquerors in a non-league bout on Monday, January 8. The Conquerors come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Faith Christian Academy won 47-21 in their recent non-league bout against Mount Calvary Christian Academy (Hookerton, NC)

Next up, the Eagles play the Greenville Christian Academy Knights (Greenville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Raleigh Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 31-22 league loss to Wilmington Christian Academy (Wilmington, NC).
