Triad Knights (Troy, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mascoutah Indians (Mascoutah, IL), 48-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Triad upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Knights host Freeburg (Freeburg, IL) to clash with the Midgets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Midgets go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Indians clash with the Civic Memorial Eagles (Bethalto, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Mascoutah will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
