In Thursday's league test, the Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) basketball squad defeated the visiting Caesar Rodney Riders (Camden, DE), by a final score of 63-44.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 27. Cape Henlopen will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 3-4 record after their 59-31 league loss to Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA).

The Riders (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Odessa (Townsend, DE). The Ducks come into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Odessa overcame Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE), 73-48, in a non-league test.
