Michigan High School Basketball - Will Carleton Academy fells Calhoun Christian

December 19, 2024: Hillsdale, MI 49242

The Will Carleton Academy Cougars basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Calhoun Christian Cougars to 39 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Camden-Frontier for a non-league game on Thursday, December 26. Will Carleton Academy will confront a Redskins team coming off a 55-32 league loss to Pittsford (Pittsford, MI). The Redskins record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Calhoun Christian falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Zion Christian (Byron Center, MI) to confront the Mountaineers in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Mountaineers go into the game with a record of 4-2. Zion Christian won 51-40 in their recent non-league game against Black River (Holland, MI)
