The Panthers (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Caledonia (Caledonia, MS). The Cavaliers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Caledonia trounced Smithville (Smithville, MS), 84-41, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Clarkdale Bulldogs (Meridian, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Ethel will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record.
