Maine High School Basketball - Gardiner nips Lawrence

In Thursday's league contest, the host Gardiner Tigers basketball team scored a close 53-46 triumph over the Lawrence Bulldogs.
The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rangers go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Greely was tipped by Brunswick (Brunswick, ME), 51-44, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 21. Lawrence will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 61-54 league loss to Lewiston (Lewiston, ME).
