The Mancelona Ironmen basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting Inland Lakes Bulldogs to 51 in the Ironmen league triumph on Thursday.

The Ironmen now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Pellston for a Ski-Valley game on Friday, January 3. Mancelona will confront a Hornets team coming off a 55-44 league loss to St. Mary Cathedral (Gaylord, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Inland Lakes falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Onaway (Onaway, MI) to confront the Cardinals in a Ski-Valley game on Friday, January 3. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 1-2. Onaway lost 72-40 in their recent non-league game against Rogers City (Rogers City, MI)
