In Thursday's league contest, the host Knott County Central Patriots basketball team scored a big 91-50 triumph over the June Buchanan Crusaders.
The Patriots (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Rebels go into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
In their next game, the Crusaders confront the Magoffin County Hornets (Salyersville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 21. June Buchanan will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Hornets go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 90-43 league loss to Johnson Central (Paintsville, KY).
