The Morristown-Beard Crimson basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Whippany Park Wildcats to 53 in the Crimson league triumph on Thursday.

The Crimson now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Bernards for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Morristown-Beard will confront a Mountaineers team coming off a 70-48 league loss to Delaware Valley (Frenchtown, NJ). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Whippany Park falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ) to confront the Minutemen in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. The Minutemen go into the game with a record of 2-0. West Morris Mendham won 57-38 in their recent league game against Randolph (Randolph, NJ)
