Nebraska High School Basketball - Sandhills/Thedford thwarts Arthur County

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Sandhills/Thedford Knights (Dunning, NE) and the host Arthur County Wolves (Arthur, NE), observed Sandhills/Thedford's basketball team knock off Arthur County by a score of 28-12.

The Knights (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sumner-Eddyville-Miller (Sumner, NE). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Sumner-Eddyville-Miller prevailed over South Loup (Arnold, NE), 58-15, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolves encounter the Wallace Wildcats (Wallace, NE) in a D2 District 10 challenge, on Friday, January 10. Arthur County will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
