The Waukomis Chiefs basketball team scored 87 points and limited the visiting Cimarron Trailblazers to 31 in the Chiefs league triumph on Thursday.

The Chiefs now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Covington-Douglas for a Skeltur game on Monday, January 6.

With the loss, Cimarron moves to 4-6 on the season. The Trailblazers travel to Sharon-Mutual (Mutual, OK) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 20. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Sharon-Mutual lost 43-16 in their recent league challenge against Buffalo (Buffalo, OK)
