In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Deerfield Demons basketball team scored a big 65-24 win over the Williams Bay Bulldogs.
The Demons (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Marshall (Marshall, WI). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Marshall was trounced by Lake Mills (Lake Mills, WI), 40-36, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Abundant Life/St. Ambrose Academy (Madison, WI) in a Trailways - South contest, on Friday, January 3. Williams Bay will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record.
