The Eddies (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Portage Central (Portage, MI). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Portage Central was knocked off by St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI), 50-36, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Mendon Hornets (Mendon, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 2. Sturgis will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
