In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Hanover Park Hornets basketball team scored a good 38-23 triumph over the Morristown-Beard Crimson.
The Hornets (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Parsippany Hills (Parsippany, NJ). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Parsippany Hills was toppled by West Morris Central (Chester, NJ), 41-16, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Crimson confront the Kennedy Memorial Mustangs (Iselin, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Morristown-Beard will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 52-24 non-league loss to Carteret (Carteret, NJ).
