The Milford Mavericks basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Walled Lake Central Vikings to 25 in the Mavericks league triumph on Thursday.
The Mavericks now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Walled Lake Western for a Lakes Valley game on Tuesday, January 7.
With the loss, Walled Lake Central falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI) to confront the Raiders in a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 2-5. North Farmington lost 50-44 in their recent league game against Athens (Troy, MI)
