The Riverheads Gladiators (Staunton, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Stonewall Jackson Generals (Quicksburg, VA), 44-20 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Gladiators now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rappahannock County for a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. Riverheads will play a team coming off a 69-14 non-league win over Sussex Central (Sussex, VA). The record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Stonewall Jackson falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Page County (Shenandoah, VA) to play the Panthers in a Bull Run bout on Friday, January 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-6.
