Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Scranton victorious over North Pocono

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Scranton Knights basketball team scored a good 53-43 triumph over the North Pocono Trojans.

The Knights (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA). The Crusaders go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Holy Cross was topped by Riverside (Taylor, PA), 45-43, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. North Pocono will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
