The Brother Rice Warriors ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the visiting University of Detroit Jesuit Cubs to 0 in the Warriors league win on Thursday.
With the win, Brother Rice improves its record to 5-4 on the year. The Warriors travel to Houghton (Houghton, MI) to clash with the Gremlins in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Gremlins enter the game with a record of 5-3.
The Cubs now sport a 1-7 record. They play next when they host De La Salle Collegiate for a Catholic B game on Friday, January 3.
