The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Akron Rams (Akron, CO) and the host Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO), observed Akron's basketball team knock off Sedgwick County by a score of 58-47.

The Cougars now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dayspring Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 20. Sedgwick County will meet a Eagles team coming off a 52-29 non-league loss to Merino (Merino, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
