In Friday's league contest, the visiting Fenton Bison basketball team scored a good 50-36 triumph over the Ridgewood Rebels.
The Bison (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL). The Thunder go into the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Woodstock North was topped by Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL), 69-54, in a league match.
The Rebels now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Adams Central for a non-league match on Saturday, December 20. Ridgewood will face a Flying Jets squad coming off a 55-51 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Canterbury (Fort Wayne, IN). The Flying Jets record now stands at 1-2.
