The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) basketball were winner over the host West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC), 69-59 in Friday's league bout.
The Ragin' Bulls now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Huss for a non-league test on Saturday, December 27. Hickory Ridge will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 77-22 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Huskies record now stands at 9-1.
The Wolverines (2-6) will now prepare for their test against West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, West Iredell knocked off Maiden (Maiden, NC), 58-56, in a league battle.
