The Alta-Aurelia Warriors basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Storm Lake St. Mary Panthers to 31 in the Warriors league victory on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sioux Central for a Twin Lakes contest on Tuesday, December 6. Alta-Aurelia will battle a Rebels team coming off a 70-59 non-league win over Spencer (Spencer, IA). The Rebels record now stands at 2-1.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA). The Titans come into the Twin Lakes contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire overwhelmed Emmetsburg (Emmetsburg, IA), 64-46, in a league bout.
