The Ansley/Litchfield Spartans (Ansley, NE) basketball were winner over the visiting Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] (Eustis, NE), 50-37 in Friday's non-league contest.

The Spartans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ravenna for a D1 District 7 contest on Saturday, December 3. Ansley/Litchfield will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 65-30 non-league loss to Amherst (Amherst, NE). The Bluejays record now stands at 0-1.

The (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maxwell (Maxwell, NE). The Wildcats enter the C2 District 11 contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Maxwell was defeated by Cozad (Cozad, NE), 50-41, in a non-league contest.
