The Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL) basketball nipped the visiting Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, IL), 44-43 in Friday's league test.

The Falcons (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Giants go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Highland Park got by Maine West (Des Plaines, IL), 48-35, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Glenbard West for a non-league test on Saturday, December 3. Batavia will encounter a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 56-55 league win over Proviso West (Hillside, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 4-1.
