The Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC) basketball nipped the host Cane Bay Cobras (Summerville, SC), 61-57 in Friday's non-league test.

The Panthers (5-0) will now prepare for their test against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Chiefs go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, North Myrtle Beach got by Loris (Loris, SC), 51-49, in a non-league test.

The Cobras now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Andrews for a non-league test on Monday, December 5. Cane Bay will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 56-48 non-league win over Georgetown (Georgetown, SC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-3.
