The Westfair Christian basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Cathedral Baptist Crusaders to 12 in the non-league triumph on Friday.
The now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marquette Manor Baptist Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Westfair Christian will battle a Minutemen team coming off a 70-30 non-league loss to Families of Faith Christian Academy (Channahon, IL). The Minutemen record now stands at 0-1.
The Crusaders (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Marquette Manor Baptist Academy (Downers Grove, IL). The Minutemen enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Marquette Manor Baptist Academy was routed by Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep (Rosamond, IL), 65-25, in a non-league contest.
