Telluride Miners (Telluride, CO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Crested Butte Titans (Crested Butte, CO), 38-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Telluride upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Miners travel to Caprock Academy (Grand Junction, CO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Caprock Academy lost 48-43 in their recent non-league bout against Addenbrooke Classical Academy (Lakewood, CO)

Next up, the Titans clash with the North Fork Miners (Hotchkiss, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Crested Butte will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
